I’m exhausted. It feels like 3am and it’s only 10:30 pm.
I thought it might be fun to go shopping today. We needed to pick up a few things and I was in search for a pair of white capri leggings or tights and a pair of purple for Addy. Not easy in mid-November. We spent the entire day out running around and I still only have one pair of leggings but have located and secured the second pair. All to recreate Kiki and Marina’s outfits from the Fresh Beats Band. I am such a martyr. I swear this project (for Christmas) is going to be the end of me but Addy will FREAK! She is always wishing she had their (totally hideous) outfits. I’m sewing most of it but I just wanted to buy the leggings because honestly I have no time to sew so if I can save time at all, I will.
While we were out we went to the mall to pick up $10 gift cards they were giving away (just for showing up! Crazy!). And while we were there we accidentally ended up in the pet shop where we accidentally took out and played with a golden retriever puppy. We did not accidentally bring him home due to the price tag but OMIGOSH was he cute. Yum.
On top of running around all day with the kids, I also put in a half day’s work. The combo has left me totally exhausted – mentally and physically. So…that’s all I’ve got today. BUT! I’ve made it through daily posting for 2 weeks straight! yay!
